Challenge Two

Hello! Welcome back to another Tic-Tac-Toe Challenge! We are so excited to be here with you all! What a great turnout for our first challenge! Thanks to everyone who participated! Your entries are all so BEAUTIFUL! You guys did an amazing job interpreting the three elements that you guys had chosen. We will go through them within the next couple days and will announce the winners on Monday, the 18th.

We also want to make a note about the challenge badge. Please use the Challenge Graphic Badge and not our Blog Badge in your blog post when participating in our challenge. We noticed many of you were posting the Blog Badge instead. If you are playing for the prize and using the Blog Badge, you will be disqualify. The Challenge Graphic Badge is the tic-tac-toe board that you are using as the inspiration like the one below. If you love and are a fan of our challenge, you may upload our Blog Badge onto the sidebar of your blog with a link back to our challenge blog (we hope you do like our challenge!). We're very sorry for any confusion and hopefully we had clarify this.

Now, onto the challenge. Ka took inspiration from the beautiful winter scenes in Door County in Wisconsin, where she and her husband often go for a weekend get-away. Door County is like the Cape Cod, except it's in the mid-west! It is a popular vacation and tourist destination, especially for us Wisconsinite!

For this challenge, we would love for you to take some inspiration from the challenge board above using three elements in a row of your choice! Whatever rows you chose and are inspired by is what we challenge you to create!

You are playing for one of the following 3"x 4" stamp sets. The winner will get to choose the stamp set of their choice. If you already have all three in your stash, why not play to give one of the set as a gift for one of your crafty friend? You can click on the links below to read more about each stamp set.

  4. I love the new challenge-combination-words :-)
But I'm a little bit confused about the combination 100% stamped & die-cut in the same row.
What does "100% stamped" mean for you? May I color the stamped images? Which other technique is or isn't allowed beside these 100%?
(I just don't want to be disqualified cause I'm doing wrong things.)

    1. Hi. So happy that you are participating in our challenge! 100% Stamped refers to a solid stamp image being stamped using full on inks. So for example, if you look in the above stamp sets for winners choice, Clearly Besotted Heartfelt Thanks would qualify, because you stamped the image completely. Outline images are images that you color in. Let us know if you have anymore questions. Thank you!

  9. I just found all of these challenges - so fun! But what caught my eye about this challenge is not the challenge itself, or the wonderful cards - but the inspiration came from the most wonderful place on earth - Door County! My husband and I spent many a vacation in late January/early February at Wagon Trail Resort! Lots of memories. We now live the next most wonderful place on earth - Southern California where we live now! Looking forward to trying these challenges down the road! Great idea!
